The Centre is supported by our Consultants, Coaches and Trainers whose background lies in sound business and training experience. This covers both Private and Public Sectors, and includes specialist experience of leading teams at a Senior Level.

Our Team also work in-house – at your own premises - with progressive individuals and organisations, aspiring teams, managers, specialists, senior executives and business leaders. We work with you to address real challenges that impact on the effectiveness of your organisation and people, particularly during times of change.

By constantly monitoring today's world of change, we provide practical applications and solutions for both the Private and Public sectors that delegates can relate to their own working environment. Our Consultant Trainers have a wide range of specialisations, all having senior commercial, operational and leadership backgrounds.

The Centre occupies a beautiful 300 year-old Cotswold Manor House which has earned the AA / Visit Britain 4 Star Guest Accommodation Classification.

Prestbury House Hotel stands in four acres of secluded grounds with a further 55 acres of woodland.  This also enables us to utilise a tailored outdoor element if required by individual organisations.

We are able to accommodate groups of up to 14 delegates on an on-site residential basis. Accommodation off-site is available to additional delegates in near-by Regency Cheltenham. Five well-equipped, oak-panelled rooms house the complete conference and training package for up to 40 day delegates overall.
