Leadership and Coaching AcademiesThis represents the evolution of our vision for Excellence in Leadership and Coaching. It has been developed to offer a progressive Leadership and Coaching Development Programme, relevant to people at all levels of a client organisation. We are fortunate to have gathered together some of the most professionally renowned and internationally respected training and research individuals within this exciting field. These are people who are at the leading edge of leadership, coaching and mentoring, some of whom are acclaimed authors, researchers and practitioners of these fascinating subjects. Montpellier is able to offer clients their own- branded ‘Academy’ based either at our Centre of Excellence, within their own organisations or as a ‘virtual’ resource. Why a ‘Leadership and Coaching Academy’? Leadership and Coaching skills sets are at the absolute core of how organisations and their people support each other in delivering a successful and strong organisation. How does the Academy work? The Academy approach offers our client organisations a bespoke framework of development opportunities within which they can continuously improve. Each Academy member is encouraged to take responsibility for personal performance and development, gaining feedback on their performance and supporting targeted self-development. Academy programmes in Leadership and Coaching skills support the objective of meeting business goals and of creating a ‘coaching culture’. The commitment to Leadership and Coaching is recognition by an organisation’s Board or Senior Team not simply of the importance of a Leadership and Coaching culture, but also of the value of developing these within a professional framework. As Academy members, individuals may have the opportunity, subject to funding, Performance Reviews and management agreement, to participate in a range of learning and skills practise directly linked to achievement of corporate, team and individual objectives. Programmes could include work related Action Learning Sets, E-learning modules, Workshops, Workbook, Mentoring Schemes, One-to-One and Master-classes through to external Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications. Individuals will gain the personal rewards associated with development of this quality and focus and be able to implement new skills from Day 1 of their learning – at whichever level you enter your Academy!
