Keith Lewis

Keith has supported National and International organisations in many sectors across the areas of Strategic, Operational and Interpersonal skills development. Having started his career in Accountancy, Keith has also held senior positions in Corporate Financial Services and Consultant Development for a large Insurance Group and as Regional Director for a National Brewer. Educated to MBA level, he was a Marketing Manager with General Motors and a lecturer in Strategic Service Marketing and Management at the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Mel Shorting

Mel has over 15 years’ experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, possessing excellent technical & interpersonal skills.  Specialising in managing and implementing Learning & Development projects with extensive experience in the production, implementation and distribution of systems, process and soft skills training to large audiences through online, collaborative and multimedia training projects. Mel is also a Prince2 accredited practitioner and has managed many high profile projects for corporate organisations as well as working as a Project Management consultant for a period.

Ron Storey

Ron is a Registered Occupational Psychologist, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited ILM Coach and Trainer. He focuses on facilitating the process of people taking their next step with increased confidence either as individuals, part of a group or as an organisation. His approach is engaging, pragmatic and credible based on broad practical experience and results achieved in multi-national organisation in the Public and Private sectors. Ron’s core skills are in three main areas – coaching and facilitation, assessment and selection, workshop delivery

Derek Purchase

As a Health and Safety Manager/Consultant, Derek has supported many and varied organisations in many sectors across the areas of health, safety and environmental consultancy, providing professional assistance, training, mentoring and advice. He is an accomplished health and safety advisor who has undertaken numerous projects as a Health and Safety Consultant for clients including Morgan Sindall, Sir Robert McAlpine, Houses of Parliament, Ministry of Defence, JP Morgan, Crossrail


Helen Peters

She has worked in over 400 schools and organisations and with over 10,000 individuals worldwide. Helen regularly consults and advises schools, colleges and teachers on aspects of behaviour management, social and emotional needs of children and teens, organisational development and leadership. She is the author of "Making the Most of Tutor Time" - Speechmark 2013- a whole school emotional literacy and positive behaviour management handbook, designed to promote emotional and social intelligence and positive mental health. Her qualifications include: B.A. Hons (UK), PGCE, Diploma in Management of Special Needs and Behaviour Management, INLP Diploma in NLP for teachers alongside a host of further qualifications and courses.

Thérèse Hoyle

She has worked in over 450 schools and organisations and with over 14,500 individuals worldwide. She consults and advises schools and teachers on aspects of behaviour management, social and emotional needs of children and teens, organisational development and leadership. She is the creator of the "The Flourishing Schools Programme," a whole school emotional literacy and positive behaviour management system, designed to promote emotional and social intelligence and positive mental health. The programme teaches communication and social skills, ways to resolve conflict through peaceful problem solving and builds self-esteem, self-awareness and self-management. She is also the creator of Powerfully Positive Playtimes, Wellbeing for You - Balancing Work and Life, the EduCoach, coach training programme and author of the best selling 101 Playground Games and 101 Wet Playtime Games and Activities. Her qualifications include: B.Ed Hons (UK), Diploma in Art Therapy, Certificate in Emotional Literacy (IATE), Advanced Coaching Skills Graduate Coach U, USA, Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (the World body for professional coaches), currently working towards PCC, Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (TTI). Thérèse is also a member of The Professional Speakers Association and an accredited ILM coach/trainer. Her work has been featured in a UK Ministry of Education, BBC Anti Bullying Video, The Times Education and New Zealand's Education Gazette. She also is a feature writer for Teacher's Matter Magazine. 

Amanda Cowan

Amanda is an organisational psychologist with extensive leadership development experience in the areas of training, consultancy and coaching across the commercial and public sectors. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, the BPS Coaching Special Interest Group and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). She applies sound psychological principles to the identification and development of talent, including assessment and development centres, coaching and leadership development programmes. She has an exceptional track record in the design and delivery of a range of management and leadership development projects for large global and public sector organisations.

Amanda Gartshore

Amanda Gartshore is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological society and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 14 years’ experience. She specialises in identifying and developing talent. Her recent work has involved her in large scale management development projects, aimed at developing individuals in relation to competencies and organisational values. She designs Assessment centres, Development centres and development projects aimed at identifying and developing leadership skills. She also carries out high performance team building and individual coaching. Amanda is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the BPS and is registered as an Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council. She holds her Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is also a member of the CIPD.

Paul Archer

Paul is highly experienced consultant and coach/trainer specialising in sales, marketing, coaching and management development for all levels of responsibility. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified business coach, author, accredited ILM coach/trainer and a member of the Professional Speakers Association.  Additionally he is qualified to support clients with the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and uses this wisely to bring excellent results. Paul has worked with a diversity of clients including FIS, Microsoft, Scottish Provident, Royal London, Siemens, Simplyhealth, Kraft Foods, Legal and General helping their salespeople, managers and customer service people improve their skills,
